RETURNS AND REFUNDS
We, at www.shapeconceptuae.com want you to feel confident buying from us, that’s why we offer a 7-day, no-hassle return policy. If for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase, you have 7 days to send back unworn merchandise, with all tags still attached for returned or exchange. All returns and exchanges are subject to quality approval. To qualify for return or exchange, items must be received in our OFFICE within 7 days of receipt in the following conditions:

Items must be unworn, with all tags still attached shipped back in their original packaging.

Items must be free of scents and marks. We kindly suggest that you do not have on perfume or deodorant when trying on garments.

For health reasons we ask that you wear panties when trying on garments that contain a crotch. Any garment returned used or soiled will not be eligible for return and will be shipped back to you.

Although not mandatory, we recommend returning these items with tracking as our OFFICE must confirm receipt of the item before an exchange can be processed. The maximum number of free exchanges per order is 2, that means we pay to ship the exchanged item(s) to you. Additional exchange will be billed at a rate of 30aed per order. Please allow up to 7 business days from our receipt of item to process the exchange.
Typical processing time for returned is 3-5 business days from the time your package arrives at our warehouse. All returned or unclaimed orders will be credited to the original card used for purchasing. Shipping costs are non-refundable. Please be aware it may take up to 1 billing cycle before you see this refund as a credit. Returned merchandise that doesn't meet the above conditions is subject to additional fees.
